We will move together to Conference Room 1, 2nd floor, Building 2. 1号館1階エントランス（津田沼キャンパス）に集合後、2号館2階の会議室1へ移動します。

2:00 PM	Welcome & Introductions	President Joi Ito's welcome. Meet SDS and Henkaku Center faculty.
2:30 PM	Essentials	Important dates, health checkup, student IDs, account setup
2:50 PM	How SDS Works	Timetable, course registration, how to take classes at SDS. Software, AI tools, and key resources (screen walkthrough).
3:10 PM	IDP Overview	Joe Austerweil and Fiza Razik introduce the Individual Development Plan — what it is and what's expected (10 min)
3:20 PM	Advisor Breakouts	Meet your research advisor and fellow advisees (15–20 min)
3:40 PM	Campus Tour	Tour ending at the Henkaku Center (Building 4, 5F)
4:10 PM	Networking + Q&A	Informal Q&A at Henkaku Center — including life in Japan (visa, bicycle registration, commuter passes)

14:00	歓迎・教員紹介	伊藤穰一学長による挨拶。SDS・変革センター教員紹介。
14:30	基本事項	重要な日程、健康診断、学生証、アカウント設定
14:50	SDSの仕組み	時間割、履修登録、SDSでの授業の受け方。ソフトウェア、AIツール、重要リソースの紹介（画面共有）。
15:10	IDP概要説明	Joe AusterweilとFiza RazikがIDP（個人育成計画）について説明 — IDPとは何か、何が求められるか（10分）
15:20	指導教員ブレイクアウト	指導教員・ゼミ仲間との顔合わせ（15〜20分）
15:40	キャンパスツアー	変革センター（4号館5階）にて終了
16:10	交流・Q&A	変革センターにて自由な質疑応答 — 日本での生活（ビザ、自転車登録、通学定期）についても

What to Bring 持ち物

Just bring yourself. It's not required, but you may like to bring a laptop to follow along with any software setup. We'll give you everything you need to do this on your own, though. 手ぶらで大丈夫です。ソフトウェアの設定を一緒に進めたい方はノートパソコンを持参しても構いませんが、後から自分でできるよう必要な情報はすべてお渡しします。
